Registration Information:

Early registration has been extended to July 31st.

Early Registration cost per player for soccer is: $60.00 through July 31, 2012.

Registration cost per player following July 31: $70.00

Final Registration Day:  Monday, August 13th at 5:00 p.m.

Soccer Shorts are optional at a cost of $20.00

Evaluation Information:

Every player (age groups Pre-K age 4 through 6th Grade)  must attend one soccer evaluation.

• Remaining evaluation times will be determined soon.

 

Schedule Information:

Practices begin Tuesday, August 21, 2012

First Game Day: Saturday, September 15, 2012

Awards Celebration: Saturday, October 13, 2012

Western Hills Upward Soccer is also recruiting adults and responsible teenagers for Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Referees.
No Experience is necessary to coach or referee. All training is provided. We would love to have you on our team!

If you would like to serve in other ways, we also need help in areas such as grounds keeping, concessions and devotional ministry.

Time commitments:
Note that Game Days are always Saturdays, 8 am – 12 pm, beginning Sept 15 and ending Oct 13. We would like to have everyone who assists in any way attend the Awards Celebration on the evening of Oct 13.

Coach / Asst Coach – 2 hours a week (Practice / Game Day) plus initial training sessions.
Referees – One Saturday / week, in one hour increments from 8-12 plus initial training sessions.
Concessions – One Saturday / week during game times from 8-12.
Grounds Keeping – Once to twice a week depending on what is needing to be done. Duties may include striping of fields, goal net repair, filling of holes on field, etc…
Devotional Ministry – One Saturday / week, consists of passing out devotion flyers, during games.
