The purpose of Care Connections is to meet the care needs of the congregation and to reach the unbelievers within our community.
- Care Connections provides care outreach to those within our congregation and community by reaching the individual or family in need through health, missions, and spiritual care.
- Care Connections assists the congregation in connecting with needs during crisis intervention such as meal preparations, bereavement care, hospitalizations, transportation needs, and spiritual support.
- Care Connections assists the congregation in providing care communications to the congregation to provide spiritual support through prayer and support for the care needs of the individual or family within the congregation or through outreach for the care need within our community.
- Care Connections assists the congregation in health and spiritual education through health promotion of spiritual and physical well being. This is offered through fitness classes and health education classes.
